RESOLVED / April 4: Service issue for some customers using Verizon internet

Update 12:45PM PST: Verizon customers have begun reporting that they can again access our website and services. All systems are running as expected.


We have received multiple reports from our customers that are using Verizon internet that the Verizon network is having issues reaching our website.

We are doing our best to reach out to Verizon, but if you are unable to reach our website and are utilizing Verizon internet, we strongly recommend that you also try to reach Verizon directly to report the issue as we have yet to to confirm the problem is being investigated by them.

Some customers have reported that restarting their router/modem has resolved their issue.

We will continue to monitor this problem as it evolves and update this page once we are confident it has been resolved.
